The Coveya High-Rise Telescopic conveyor is a secure and cost-effective solution tailored for the rapid unloading of shipping containers or trailers in the logistics sector, particularly in cases where a level loading dock is unavailable.
This telescopic conveyor can extend up to 10 meters into the shipping container or trailer, facilitating the gravity-assisted transfer of cartons to a ground-level unloading point.
Furthermore, the High-Rise Telescopic Conveyor offers the option to extend beyond the shipping container by connecting an adaptable extending conveyor.
Key features include:
– An extending telescopic gravity roller conveyor
– Utilizes durable 50mm diameter PVC rollers with low inertia and high impact resistance, installed in fully welded mild steel channel frames with a powder-coated finish.
– The conveyor is firmly mounted on a sturdy box section chassis and is equipped with lockable wheeled castors for enhanced mobility.
– It comes with a 3-meter extension track for smooth product conveyance to the unloading point.
– Skid plates are available upon request.
– Available for both rental and purchase options.
