The Bespoke Conveyors Process

Stage 1 – Free Site Survey
Enquire with Coveya to explain your challenge and request a site survey. We will normally be able to attend your site within a matter of days and once on site our representative will walk the area, assess your material, measure up in detail and generally find out as much as possible about what you are looking to achieve. By carrying this out, we’re able to specify a system that aligns with your needs and provides an answer to your material handling challenge.

Stage 2 – Proposal Stage
Following our visit to your location a detailed and accurate proposal is provided, normally accompanied by a layout drawing to provide you with a visual representation of your final solution. This drawing will show the bespoke aspects of your quotation as well as any linked or associated machinery nearby.

Stage 3 – Design & Engineering
Once order confirmation is received then our in house design team set to work accurately producing technical drawings for customer approval. If you are incorporating Coveya equipment in with your own equipment then 3D step files will be sent to allow you to link the separate items of equipment together and ensure they match up before everything arrives on site. On large projects involving multiple Conveyors this stage often involves our team carrying out secondary visits to site to assess and measure in much finer detail.

Stage 4 – On-Site Installation, Training and Maintenance
We don’t walk off into the sunset after delivering your Conveyor! We stick by you to provide support and ensure your materials can keep moving safely and securely. Our team can plan and carry out everything from delivery to commissioning and on site training. Our engineers can also carry out proactive maintenance, carrying out health checks on your Conveyor every 3 months to ensure that any wear parts are replaced before they have the chance to fail and cause unwanted downtime.
