The heavy-duty Easikit™ HD Conveyor is available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm widths. It is specifically designed for large volumes of heavy materials built with durability and ease of maintenance in mind.

This robust conveyor can be modified to meet specific requirements with bespoke ancillary equipment available including rotation sensors, belt weighers, training rollers, side guides and covers.

The Easikit™ HD is compatible with dust extraction systems, with a containing feed area to supress any dust and carrying rollers that can be adjusted to either provide a troughed belt or a flat belt system to suit your material.

It has a maximum throughput of up to 2678 m3/h and can reach speeds of up to 4 m/s.

The Easikit™ HD is a heavy-duty, modular conveyor designed for shifting large volumes of heavy materials. Suitable for receiving large loads of materials and taking them away fast, it is built to last a very long time in the most demanding environments.

Available in standard belt widths of 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm, it is capable of achieving throughputs of up to 2678 m3/h.

The Conveyor design can be adjusted to provide a flat belt or a troughed belt configuration and a wide variety of hoppers are available to suit different loading methods.
