The Swan Neck Conveyor typically transfers material along a horizontal, flat section for a short period and then moves material quickly up at an inclined angle to discharge at height. They are typically used where space is restricted underneath machines such as shredders.

The Swan Neck Conveyor is engineered to move bulky, low-density materials with ease, making it perfect for waste and recycling applications. Its efficient design allows for smooth and continuous material flow, even in spaces with height restrictions, such as underneath shredders.

Available in three widths (600mm, 900mm and 1200mm), the Swan Neck Conveyor can be easily customised to meet specific site requirements. Its modular design makes it the perfect solution for conveying materials out of areas where space is limited.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the Swan Neck Conveyor is built for durability and high performance. It offers belt speeds ranging from 0.3m/s to 0.9m/s and can handle a maximum throughput of 120 tons per hour. The conveyor can reach total lengths of up to 30 metres, with discharge heights of up to 6 metres thanks to its wide variety of incline angle options.
