The Easibelt™ fixed conveyor belt provides a flexible, reliable and compact conveyor solution. Its adaptability makes it suitable for various settings, including demanding environments like distribution and logistic centres, where it can be used constantly for processing, packing or sorting of goods.
Available in galvanised steel or stainless steel, the Easibelt™ is built to last. It offers a wide range of belt options to suit different industrial needs, ensuring longevity and ease of use. The system is built up with modular sections joined together, which makes it very easy to adapt and reconfigure on site, providing maximum operational flexibility.
The Easibelt™ features a low-profile frame design that fits into the tightest spaces, making it ideal for facilities with limited room. It is equipped with powerful drum motor drive to handle varying product weights effectively. Standard drum motors are held in stock, with specifications like 0.37kW 240v/415v, running at a speed of 0.26m/p/s, ensuring quick delivery and setup.
Easibelt Conveyors are normally supplied with a standard range of support stands which can provide a variety of heights available from 0.2m to 2.0m to the top of belt. All support stands can be fitted with swivel locking wheeled castors to allow operatives to easily move conveyors around sites by hand.
