Coveya’s Custom Solution for Golf Ball Transportation
After speaking to the golf club in detail, Coveya was able to provide a recommendation for the best system for their needs. We supplied an enclosed Easibelt 300 conveyor equipped with a custom belt. This tailored design ensured the golf balls were lifted up and transported smoothly even at steep inclines, with no risk of spillage.
We complemented this new conveyor system with a specialised hopper. Golf balls would drop directly into the hopper and transfer onto the belt easily and consistently, improving safety with a hands-free approach.

Following extensive testing at our factory in Yate, Bristol, we were able to ship out our bespoke conveyor system to our client. After installation, the golf club immediately saw a difference in what had once been a frustrating process. Instead of dropped balls and unreliable movement, golf balls were moved smoothly to their destination, regardless of the required steep incline.
