Proactive Servicing Agreements
With regular, scheduled servicing, we help keep your Conveyor running constantly without the fear of breakdowns and unnecessary downtime. Breakdown Response Services
Coveya have a large team of engineers working on sites all across the UK. We are capable of carrying out on site repairs quickly and hold large stocks of parts for any Coveya Conveyor.
If you are in a breakdown situation please give us a call! Our expert team will help to identify your problem and advise the fastest route to get your site back up and running.

Parts In Stock
If you purchase an item of equipment with Coveya, we will hold the critical parts for it in stock for the entirety of its lifetime.
All parts are available for despatch within 24 hours on standard courier services and if required more urgently we can despatch direct to site on a dedicated courier service.

Commissioning
Every item of machinery that leaves our factory passes through our factory acceptance tests and our quality inspection processes to make sure it is ready to perform and look good whilst doing so.
Our commissioning service ensures that once the Conveyor is in position our engineers carry out the final checks and tests onsite to ensure that from day one your Conveyor deals with your material in the best way possible.

Equipment Upgrades
Want to integrate your Conveyor in a different part of your site? Handling a different material? This doesn’t necessarily mean that you need a new Conveyor!
