We are hiring: Marketing Manager [F/T]

Coveya is looking for a new full-time Marketing Manager
ideally with some experience working for a business that sells capital equipment that will be based from our office in Bristol.  Reporting to the Sales Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing delivery and development across channels, focusing on core sectors, products, and territories.

About the role:

The primary purpose of this job is to lead, formulate,co-ordinate and execute the Marketing Strategy in accordance with our business objectives.

The Role

  • Creation, delivery and management of multi-channel marketing activity to increase daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, increasing customer engagement and raising the profile of the Coveya brand across channels
  • Creation of key messages across channels to sector and territory audiences as appropriate
  • Daily LinkedIn activity to increase company followers and website visitors
  • Create and manage regular e-campaigns utilising Force24 and Pipedrive CRM
  • Manage data ensuring it is segmented, compliant, and clean
  • Work closely with external website agency to ensure the website is properly supported including PPC, SEO, digital content, and content development
  • Co-ordination of digital and print advertising
  • Directing and executing the production of all hard copy literature to high standards.
  • Execute one-off campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Management of marketing budget and demonstration of marketing ROI, making recommendations toMD & sales team
  • Creation of case studies both print and digital
  • PR and editorial to trade and regional press showcasing new product launches & projects
  • Brand management, development & positioning ensuring the brand is used in the right way
  • Continually looking for new channels and routes to market, make recommendations to management and explore external e-commerce channels.
  • Producing regular analysis reports of competitor activity and performance, and digital channel statistics and reports.
  • Co-ordination and attendance of trade and other events working closely with Sales
  • Management of video and digital content across channels
  • Delivery of monthly marketing reports demonstrating ROI and analytics from cross-channel activity

Job Requirements

Person Profile and Experience:

  • 3 years B2B marketing experience where you can demonstrate managing and developing the marketing function
  • Sales & Marketing integration experience
  • Digital & social marketing expertise including PPC, SEO, LinkedIn, and e-campaigns
  • Experience in managing events throughout the event lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and with the determination to excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets
  • Strong time management, negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to uphold the company values in all role duties
  • Ensure Coveyaachieves its daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Ideally some experience working for a business that sells capital equipment

Salary dependent on experience
