BRITA Group [Telescopic Gravity Roller Conveyor]

BRITA Group is a German company, specialising in manufacturing water filters. BRITA ship containers to the UK to be distributed to retailers. They visited our stand at one of exhibitions to find a cost-effective and efficient solution to unload their containers. As well as finding a method to reduce their carbon footprint.

We supplied a Telescopic Gravity Roller Conveyor on hire to allow them to test out the equipment and run time trials, to find the best method for their team. Originally, unloading the containers would take up to 5 hours, now with the conveyor in place they are able to unload the container within 2 hours.

The addition of the conveyor has allowed them to reduce the downtime and manual labour on site, while implementing and efficient cost-effective method that reduces their carbon footprint.
