They installed a hopper and conveyor system designed and manufactured by a local engineering firm which was very problematic and did not convey the material effectively.  PyroCore called us in to inspect the existing system and come up with a solution to the problem.

Following a site visit and in-depth meetings between our engineering team and PyroCore’s technical department, we produced a bespoke solution composed of EK900 Flatbed Conveyors including infeed hopper with controlled discharge to solve their infeed conveyor issue.  Once the design had been approved, we manufactured and installed the conveyor system within 8 weeks.  The unit has been running since January 2020 without a single breakdown or issue.

We are now in process of designing their second unit the Phoenix.
