Roper Rhodes based in Avonmouth contacted Coveya, they asked us to visit them to discuss their requirements and recommend the right conveyor to meet their specific needs.

After the free site visit, provided the Dock Level Telescopic Gravity Roller Conveyor on hire for them to trial the conveyor.  Aftersales visits to help increase safety awareness.

Conveyor was used solely for unloading 20 and 40 foot containers.

It reduced a massive amount of labour required in moving boxes out of the container by hand and reduced the unloading time by over 60%.

Solved the problem of more than 2 people being in the container at one time (this was an issue due to Covid19).

Increased the speed of palletising the boxes and removing them into storage.

Was on hire for 4 weeks after which it was purchased with some modifications made following this.
