The Coveya ‘Swan Neck’ conveyor is ideal for recycling and applications that need to move bulky, low-density materials efficiently and safely.

It is available in three widths 600, 900 & 1200 wide – and is normally used where there is a height restriction underneath a machine such as a shredder, handling pre-shredded recyclable materials.

This is a modular design making it the perfect solution where space is limited to convey materials within a closed loop. The conveyor is easily customisable to suit individual site requirements.

Key Features:

• Belt widths : 450mm up to 1500mm
• Belt speeds from 0.3m/s to 0.9m/s
• The conveyor is available with an inverted 35 degree bend giving discharge heights of up to 6 metres
• Its total length can be up to 30 metres
• Maximum throughout 300 tons per hour
