The Easikit™ HD is a heavy-duty, modular conveyor designed for large volumes of bulk material. Suitable for handling bulk material applications such as Aggregate Wash Plants, Quarries, Grain Handing & MRF Plants.
The heavy-duty Easikit™ HD Conveyor, is available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm widths. It is specifically designed for large volume bulk materials built with durability and maintenance in mind. The robust conveyor can be modified to meet specific requirements with bespoke ancillary equipment available including rotation sensors, belt weights, training rollers, side guides and covers. The Easikit™ HD is compatible with dust extraction systems, with a containing feed area to supress any dust and also has body material options such as galvanized mild steel, painted mild steel and stainless steel.
It has a maximum throughput of up to 2678 m3/h tons per hour and can reach speeds of up to 4 m/s.
