HD Chain Conveyor – XtraVeya

Product overview

The heavy-duty chain conveyor, XtraVeya, is available in 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm widths.  It is specifically designed for large volume recycling and waste which is taken from a pit/dumping area, where vehicles are extracting large volumes of materials from collection rounds and it is often transferred into a fully automatic baler or compactor to condense the waste down.  This is a heavy-duty constructed conveyor which is chain driven with metal slats acting as flights to drag the material to its discharge.

It has a maximum throughput of up to 500 tons per hour and can reach an incline of up to 35 degrees.
